Nishiki sushi rice
Top quality sticky rice, specially designed for the preparation of Asian dishes such as sushi. This rice is specially milled in a way that eliminates the need for rinsing, making it ready to use immediately for cooking.
Available sizes of 907g and 5lb (2.26kg).
Method: Place rice in cold water (1.25 cups of water for 1 cup of rice). Cook uncovered for about 10 minutes or until boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook covered for a second 10 minutes, depending on the desired texture.
