4/5 Provençal lobster tails

Our Provençal-style Canadian lobster tails are made from our daily arrivals. Each one has about 4 to 5 oz of flesh and is butterflied and then covered with garlic butter. Includes two frozen lobster tails per package.

Recommended for two people (with side dishes).

Approximately 20 to 25 minutes of cooking.

Ingredient: Lobster, Garlic butter (butter (cream, salt), Garlic, Garlic scapes, Chives, Lemon.
