Cedar Grilling Board
Natural wood cedar board for cooking fish on the barbecue. This Canadian product is sold in packages of 2 or 3 units depending on the format.
Method: Soak the board for 1 hour to moisten the wood. For more flavor, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water or an alcohol of your choice such as apple cider.
