Fresh lumpfish roe

Lumpfish roe, also known as lumpfish caviar , comes from the lumpfish Cyclopterus lumpus, a fish also called sea lumpfish. These roe have a light iodine flavor and a crunchy texture. Colorful, eggs are often used to add color to verrines and appetizers, or to dishes such as sushi.

This product is sold fresh, in 50g format, and must be kept in the refrigerator. After opening, it can be stored for only a few days. Available in red or black.
