Armorica Lobster

A ready-to-cook meal made with care in our small kitchens. Our Armorican lobster is a French culinary specialty made from tomato sauce which includes different ingredients including cognac, white wine, shallots, butter and olive oil. The lobster is thus cooked in the sauce, simmering in the oven, and flavors the crustacean which becomes tender and tasty. An ideal option for a meal prep vacation.

Approximately 50 minutes of cooking depending on the device. Sold frozen.

Recommended for 1 to 2 people (1 lobster cut in half with claws)
