High-end caviar from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser Baeri), raised in Poland, from the Antonius brand. It is characterized by its rich and complex flavor. Its fragrance exudes notes of undergrowth, while its unique texture gives it a slight crunch in the mouth. It is perfect to accompany seafood dishes or refined aperitifs.

Its grains reach a diameter of between 2.3 and 2.6 mm. To appreciate all its subtleties, eat it alone with a mother-of-pearl spoon.
