Oscietra sturgeon caviar


Premium caviar from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii), raised in Poland, from the Antonius brand. It is most appreciated by chefs and caviar connoisseurs.

Its grains reach a diameter between 2.7 and 3.5mm with a delicate hazelnut taste with a buttery texture. The shades of the pearls vary between gray, brown and even golden. To appreciate all its subtleties, eat it alone with a mother-of-pearl spoon.

Available in 30 or 50 grams.

Recommended for 2 to 5 people.
