Sushi log (salmon or shrimp)

Famous and unique sushi log including layers of fresh salmon or cooked shrimp and pollock (your choice), cucumber, avocado, mango and Tobiko and Masago caviars. This product is made by hand, the same day, by our sushi experts. Accompaniments of pickled ginger, wasabi, spicy mayonnaise, sesame vinaigrette (gluten-free) and soy sauce.

Dimension (inch): 7 ½ (length) x 3 ½ (width) x 2 (height)

Recommended for a starter of 6 to 8 servings.

Conditions: Minimum reservation of 48 hours. In-store pickup only. Available at the Rosemont, Anjou and Brossard branch and under certain conditions at the Beloeil and Sorel-Tracy branches.

Beloeil: Reservations for sushi logs and sushi platters are only available for pickup on Saturdays .

Sorel-Tracy: reservations for sushi logs and sushi platters are only available to be picked up on Thursdays (from 5 p.m.) and Fridays .
