Homemade lobster bisque

Homemade lobster bisque (450g) made from fresh Canadian lobster. This product is ideal for a starter or a simple comforting meal.

Recommended for one person as a meal or two people as a starter.

About 10 minutes of preparation.

Ingredients: Lobster, Tomato paste, Carrots, Spanish onions, Celery, Saffron, Cream 35% (cream, carrageenan), White wine, Brandy, Salt, Pepper, Oil, Butter (cream), Garlic, Flour, Fish stock ( water, white wine, white vinegar, vegetable cooking juices (sole and/or cod and/or haddock and/or turbot, parsley, salt, spices).

Contains: Fish, Sulphites, Molluscs, Dairy products.

May contain: Mustard seeds, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Sesame seeds, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Sulphites.
