General questions

All trays and logs require online ordering (or by phone) at least 48 hours prior to pickup date. The buyer is responsible for arriving on the date and time agreed upon when ordering. In the event of a schedule not being respected, the buyer may have to wait for their order.

No delivery (no exception).

Canceling an order

To cancel your order, please note that your request must be sent no later than 48 hours before the pickup date. If this deadline is exceeded, our fishmongers reserve the right to refuse reimbursement for your order. To cancel, please contact our services directly at , clearly indicating the subject of your request, the number of your transaction and the item to be canceled. Refunds may take 3-7 business days.

Requests to change an order

To make a change to your order, please first cancel it by following the cancellation instructions above. Then make a new online purchase on the platform. The booking conditions also apply to new orders.

Privilege Card

Privilege members must enter their membership card number in the comment box, visible in the shopping cart, in order to obtain their points. Points will then be added manually on the day of collection. No points will be added if this procedure is not followed.

VIP card

Members holding a VIP card with a 10% discount must place their order by telephone in order to benefit from their advantage. No 10% applied to online purchases. Members are responsible for having paid their annual membership fee to allow the discount on the transaction.
